Programe Purpose
To support efforts to prevent pollution and ecosystem damage, waste minimization, disposal and remediation, training, outreach and education through innovative projects that are aligned with the Environmental Protection Agency's objective to sustain and restore community health and preserve the ecological systems along the U.S.-Mexico border.
