The EPA announced the future availability of a draft tribal strategy as well as the draft grant guidelines the EPA is developing to help states comply with requirements for receiving funding under Subtitle I of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, which will both become available between May 22 and August 1, 2006 at which time the EPA will ask for public comments.
