Technical Guidelines Development Committee; Initial Report: Voluntary voting System Guidelines Version I

The help America Vote Act of 2002 Ssection 221 (f) directs the Technical Guidelines Development Committee to publish its recommendations to the Executive Director of the U.S. Election Assistant Commission at the Time EAC adopts voluntary voting system guidelines.
