SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act; Establishment of Funding Formula

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has established the funding formula it will use to allocate funds "for assistance to states to provide individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder stable, temporary housing for a period of not more than two years or until the individual secures permanent housing, whichever is earlier," as enacted by the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act on Oct. 24, 2018
