Student Assistance General Provisions; Federal Pell Grant Program; Academic Competitiveness Grant Program; and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant Program

The Department of Education adopted final regulations for the Student Assistance General Provisions, Federal Pell Grant program, Academic Competitiveness Grant program and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant program to implement provisions of the Higher Education Act of 1965, and specified the eligibility requirements for a student to apply for and receive an award under the Academic Competitiveness Grant program or the National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant program for the 2007-2008 award year
