Programe Purpose
To grow the impact of innovative community-based solutions with compelling evidence for improving the lives of people in low-income communities, by providing funding to intermediary grantmaking institutions to match and subaward to innovative community-based nonprofit organizations to identify, validate and grow promising approaches to overcoming local challenges in the areas of youth development, economic opportunity and healthy futures
