Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program Technical Correction and Extension of Deadline Date

The Department of Housing and Urban Development corrected the threshold requirement to make clear that an applicant and its affiliates must qualify as eligible public or private nonprofit organizations under federal or state law; updated the coding to allow macros to function properly; and extended the grant deadline to April 18, 2011
