Proposed Revised Transition Funding Provision for FY 07 Public Housing Operating Fund Program

The Department of Housing and Urban Development proposed to revise the transition funding schedule for public housing authorities that will experience a decline in funding in fiscal year 2007. For FY 07 only, the transition funding percentage loss for all PHAs will be capped at 5 percent.
