AI in Action: Transforming the Grant Lifecycle from Proposal to Closeout

Webinar • Tuesday, January 13, 2026 • 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping how grants are written, managed, and audited. In this webinar, we’ll explore how grant administrators, program managers, and financial managers can harness AI tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the entire grant lifecycle. Through live demonstrations, John Manilla and Jonathan Dunn will showcase practical, real-world applications of AI for developing stronger grant proposals, improving grant review and award processes, and streamlining closeout and compliance reporting. Attendees will see how AI can automate repetitive tasks, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve overall program performance, all while maintaining compliance and accountability.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify key opportunities to apply AI across the grant lifecycle — from proposal development through closeout.
  2. Understand how AI tools can enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance in grant administration processes.
  3. Evaluate real-world use cases of AI applications for grant application review, award decisioning, and closeout documentation.
