Programe Purpose
For services in the program areas of employment, hospitals and other health and mental health care programs, adult and vocational education, refugee crime or victimization and citizenship/naturalization for those localities most heavily affected by Cuban and Haitian entrants and refugees, particularly where their arrival numbers have increased.
