CMS To Revise Medicaid School-based Cost Guidance

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) plans to update its 15-year-old guidance for state agencies to better explain how they should implement policies and procedures to monitor school-based administrative and health services costs under Medicaid, in response to a recent audit by the HHS Office of Inspector General.
