Nationwide Categorical Waivers Under Section 1605 of the Recovery Act

The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy granted nationwide categorical waivers of the Buy American requirements of the Recovery Act for the purchase of LED traffic lights, arrows and crosswalk signals, fluorescent electronic lighting ballasts, and screw-base and pin-base compact fluorescent lamps
