Effective Dec. 12, 2005, the EPA finalizes national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for hazardous waste combustors: hazardous waste burning incinerators, cement kilns, lightweight aggregate kilns, industrial/commercial/institutional boilers and process heaters, and hydrochloric acid production furnaces.
