National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency proposed amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants to provide that a major source may become an area source at any time by limiting its potential to emit hazardous air pollutants to below the major source thresholds of 10 tons per year of any single hazardous air pollutant or 25 tons per year of any combination of hazardous air pollutants
