Monitoring Requirements for State and Federal Operating Permits Programs
The Environmental Protection Agency requested comments on a proposed interpretation of certain existing Federal air program operating permits regulations and also withdrew a Sept. 17, 2002 proposal to revise the Federal operating permits program (40 C.F.R. Parts 70 and 71).
