503 - Conflict of Interest and Mandatory Disclosures

Two critical “strings attached” issues include conflict of interest (§200.112) and mandatory disclosures (§200.113), both located in subpart B of the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) uniform guidance. Subpart B provisions provide over-arching general guidance over federal awards.
