251 - ED Uniform Guidance Portal

To facilitate the transition to the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) uniform guidance, ED developed its own web portal, which includes details on an existing risk review process at the agency to pinpoint high-risk applicants. The portal can help both ED applicants and other nonfederal entities obtain a better understanding of pre-award risk assessments (§200.205), among other things, that are now required for all federal funding competitions.
