The National Science Foundation (NSF) Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide (PAPPG) implements the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) uniform guidance. NSF has received OMB approval for a few deviations. One deviation would limit to two months’ salary compensation for faculty, while the other would allow for an alternative to the Federal Financial Report (FFR).
