McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program

The Foreign Agricultural Service revised the regulations governing the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program to add provisions related to the local and regional procurement of commodities under the program, and to make other minor changes
