Implementation of OMB Guidance on Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension
The Department of State implemented Office of Management and Budget guidance on nonprocurement debarment and suspension, removing its government-wide common rule on nonprocurement debarment and suspension and replacing it with OMB's which makes no substantive change in DOS policy or procedures
