The Rural Business-Cooperative Service established the renewal fee rate at one-fourth of 1 percent for the Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program and one-eighth of 1 percent for the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Improvements Guaranteed Loan Program, and these rates will apply to all loans obligated in fiscal year 2007 that are made under the cited programs
