Grant Notification for Fiscal Year 2023

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement notified the public that it intends to grant funds to eligible applicants for purposes authorized under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 Title IV Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Program, Title V Regulatory Program and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law AML Program during federal fiscal year 2023
