FTA Transit Program Changes, Authorized Funding Levels and Implementation of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users

The Federal Transit Administration announces changes in the FTA programs in accordance with SAFETEA-LU, which authorizes funds for all of the surface transportation programs of the Department of Transportation for Federal fiscal years 2005 through 2009.
