Fiscal Year 2006 Landowner Incentive Program (Non-Tribal Portion) for States, Territories and the District of Columbia

The Service is requesting comments on the Landowner Incentive Program criteria for awarding conservation grants to states. Comments are requested on a change in the funding cap for states and a revision of the national Review Team Ranking Criteria Guidance.
