Final Bulletin for Agency Good Guidance Practices

The Office of Management and Budget published a final bulletin titled "Agency Good Guidance Practices," which established policies and procedures for the development, issuance and use of significant guidance documents by executive branch departments and agencies to increase the quality and transparency of agency guidance practices and the significant documents produced through them
