Federal-State Unemployment Compensation Program; Confidentiality and Disclosure of State UC Information

The Employment and Training Administration set forth the statutory confidentiality and disclosure requirements of Title III of the Social Security Act and the Federal Unemployment Tax Act concerning unemployment compensation information and amended the Income and Eligibility Verification System regulations
