Programe Purpose
To conduct outreach to broad-based non-profit organizations, non-profit organizations of farmworkers, federally recognized Indian tribes, agencies or political subdivisions of State or local Government, public agencies (such as housing authorities) and other eligible FLH organizations to further the section 514 and 516 FLH programs.
