Extension of Period of Submission for Notices of Intent and Fungibility Plans in Accordance With HUD's Implementation Guidance for Section 901 of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations To Address Hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico, and Pandemic Influenza Act, 2006

The Department of Housing and Urban Development extended the period for eligible public housing agencies located within the areas of Mississippi and Louisiana most heavily impacted by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita to submit Notices of Intent and Fungibility Plans until Nov. 21, and removed the restriction that the funding could not be spent for uses under the housing choice voucher program
