Extension of Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Substantially Underserved Trust Areas (SUTA)

The Rural Utilities Service extended the public comment period regarding proposed regulations to provide loans and grants for the construction, acquisition or improvement of infrastructure projects in Substantially Underserved Trust Areas
