Emergency Impact Aid for Displaced Students
The Department of Education extended the obligation deadline to Sept. 30, 2006, for all state educational agency grantees and local educational agency subgrantees under the Emergency Impact Aid for Displaced Students program for fiscal year 2006 due to the recent availability of additional funding for necessary expenses due to the consequences of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita
