Eligibility of Students for Assisted Housing Under Section 8 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937
The Department of Housing and Urban Development implements a new law, as part of its Fiscal Year 2006 appropriatison, that restricts individuals enrolled in an institution of higher education and who meet certain other requirements from receiving assistance under section 8 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937.
