The Department of Housing and Urban Development extended the compliance date for its National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate final rule for the Housing Choice Voucher, Project Based Voucher and Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation programs, and for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program and Housing Trust Fund, Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS, Emergency Solution Grants and Continuum of Care programs, until Oct. 1, 2025
