Disbursement of Funds
Effective Oct. 12,2005, the Rural Housing Service, Rural Business-Cooperative Service, Rural Utilities Service and Farm Service Agencies revised their disbursement of funds regulations to eliminate reference to the obsolete Loan Disbursement System, clarify Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and National Credit Union Administration insurance coverage and eliminate reference to the now defunct Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.
