Community Development Block Grant Program; Small Cities Program

The Department of Housing and Urban Development ruled that if Hawaii elects not to assume responsibility for the Community Development Block Grant Program, then the Secretary of HUD will make CDBG grants to the units of general local government located in Hawaii’s non-entitlement areas formerly part of the Small Cities Program
