Programe Purpose
To support the implementation of comprehensive neighborhood revitalization plans that achieve three goals: (1) replace distressed public and assisted housing with high-quality mixed-income housing; (2) improve educational outcomes and intergenerational mobility for youth; and (3) create the conditions necessary for public and private reinvestment in distressed neighborhoods
