Programe Purpose
To support wildlife and habitat conservation proposals as well as visitor services (i.e., outreach and education) proposals for projects on National Wildlife Refuges in the Northeast region or nearby areas in direct support of refuge lands. At least 50 percent of the total project costs must come from non-Federal contributions
