Programe Purpose
To improve the social and emotional outcomes and enhance the school readiness of children, from birth to age five, through analysis of research on evidence-based, user-friendly strategies and the development and national dissemination of these strategies for use in early childhood classrooms and care settings; the creation of partnership networks to build the capacity and foster the sustainability of Head Start and Child Care programs; and the implementation of process and outcome evaluations on the impact of evidence-based, user friendly strategies on improving the social and emotional outcomes and school readiness of children
