Buy American Exception Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act: National Exceptions of Section 1605 Applicable to Community Planning and Development Recovery Act Funds

The Department of Housing and Urban Development advised that national exceptions to the Buy American requirements of the Recovery Act have been determined applicable for projects using Community Development Block Grant Recovery funds and Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 funds
