Business Loan Program Temporary Changes: Paycheck Protection Program—Revisions to First Interim Final Rule

The Small Business Administration issued an interim final rule revising its interim final rule published in the Federal Register on April 15, by changing key provisions, such as the loan maturity, deferral of loan payments and forgiveness provisions, and to make conforming amendments to the use of Paycheck Protection Program loan proceeds
