The Corporation for National and Community Service’s (CNCS) appeals process focuses mostly on suspension or termination of awards (45 C.F.R. Part 1206, Subpart A; 45 C.F.R. Part §2540.400), rather than cost disallowances or denials for funding. However, it does have regulations for denial of reapplication for funding (45 C.F.R.
