602 - Authorities Under the Uniform Guidance

There are numerous federal statutes, laws, executive orders and federal actions that authorize requirements under federal grant programs. The authorities provision (§200.103) of the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) uniform guidance lists the statutes that pertain the various subparts of the guidance.
