Font Requirements If a specific font style and size are requested in the proposal guidelines, applicants must use those specified styles and sizes. The proposal could be screened out on this technicality alone, and never reach the review panel. If no specific font is mentioned, most federal agencies accept Times New Roman 12-point font.
